The SAMR (Substitute --> Augment --> Modify --> Redefine) model is especially interesting to me as that is the thinking I've been experiencing as I progress through my iPad project (i.e., create new opportunities vs. simply replace old ones).
Also of note is his video regarding the "3 Carriage Train" - an interesting lesson through metaphor of how to go about inspiring innovation amongst educators. Thanks, Ray, for sharing and creating these!
